ATU has expanded its product offering to offer Linear Actuators and motion control components. These Linear Motion Actuators are designed to offer low cost motion control solutions for any application. We source our parts from low cost regions and pass the savings along to our customers.

- Low cost positioning actuators are offered in 12 V or 24 V motors. We can offer ball screw or lead screw acuators with unlimited stroke lengths. In addition, we can size your linear actuator to meet your appiclation and provide approval drawings. Limit switches or feedback devices are also available. Selected gear ratios can vary speed as needed. IP65 ratings are available and custom units are offered. Controls and accessories are also offered.

High Speed Linear Actuators: Positional accuracy (+/- .005")
- We offer High Speed belt drive or ball screw driven linear motion actuators and can achieve speeds up to 3 meters/second. The belt drive actuators are made from common aluminum extrusion with T-slots for easy mounting. The belt drive unit is reinforced with Linear Motion guides made from the highest quality parts. Limit switches and custom motor mounts are available to mount up to any manufacture servo motor or stepper motor. Stroke lengths range from 100 mm (4.00 in) up to 3000 mm (10 ft). X-Y positioning tables are capable and we offer adaptor plates and accessories.

Precision Linear Actuators: Positional accuracy (+/- .0005") Zero Backlash is available upon request.
- Our precision linear actuators offer the highest accuracy class. All actuators include ground ball screw assemblies with zero backlash. Accuracy classes include normal and precision class and can be mounted in an X-Y arrangement with custom actuators. Precision Linear Guide bearings offer rigid positioning systems and high repeatability. Custom motor adaptor plates offer infinite motor mounting capabilities. Limit Switches made from the highest quality manufacturers offer various positional capabilities.
